The SLT - (Snowsport Leadership Training) program is a 12 week intensive Ski & Snowboard instructor training and mountain leadership course. Participants receive complete performance ski and snowboard training from top qualified CSIA/CASI examiners and specialty coaches. Training is small groups and you are exposed to a wide variety of ski/snowboard disciplines so you are confident in all terrain and all condtions. The SLT also includes a significant amount of backcountry training which seperates it from many other instructor courses and gives you a broader experience as well as more industry opportunities. Seven certifications are included in the price making this course great value and giving a huge boost to your resume. Certifications included are: CSIA or CASI level 1 & level 2, CAC Avalanche Safety Training level 1 & level 2, CSIA or CASI Terrain Park, and a 50 hour Wilderness First Aid for Leaders and CPR level C certification.
