Pool, lounge, jetty, terrace, beach, lobby….no two bars in a Neilson BeachPlus Centre are the same yet the one thing that unites them all is the same high level of service provided by our skilled and friendly bar staff. Reporting to the Bar Supervisor you’ll work shifts to create a clean and welcoming atmosphere. During the day you’ll serve a variety of beverages, bar snacks and specialities and in the evening you’ll provide a professional bar and table beverage service. Our bars are essential in generating revenue so there are some high targets to achieve. That’s why we’re not just looking for bar staff to pull pints but for charismatic bar tending professionals who not only provide an exceptional service but who also play a key part in driving food and beverage sales by creating tempting cocktails, recommending wines from our extensive wine list and giving our guests the ‘perfect pour’. To apply for a bar position you must have proven bar tending experience with a good understanding of wines, beers, spirits & cocktails. You’ll be able to demonstrate the need for cleanliness, stock control and the need to record wastage and breakages. With an array of customer service experience you’ll love working behind a bar, chatting to guests and be passionate about providing a professional bar tending service.
