Working as part of our successful chalet programme you will be responsible for the overall running of the property or several properties within a resort. You will need a strong customer service background with an eye for detail. Asides from the day to day running of the property your responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining the standards and quality of the catering whilst ensuring you are operating within budget. You will supervise chalet staff, collate weekly orders, liaise with suppliers and receive deliveries.

Essential

• Excellent communication skills

• Attention to detail Positive and friendly manner
• Previous management experience
• Minimum of 3 years customer service experience

Desirable

• Second language in either French, German or Italian
• Previous experience of working in a ski resort
