The Company

Ski Famille is an independently owned specialist in family ski holidays in the French Alps. We are regularly cited by the press as experts in our field and enjoy high levels of return guests and staff.

The Role

Our Childcare Supervisor has an involved role at the heart of the childcare, supervising the provision of stimulating, entertaining and safe activities for children from 3 months to 12 years. You will report directly to the Childcare Manager, who you will work alongside when planning the childcare rotas and activities for the week. You will be expected to work alongside other childcarers in the chalets and around the resort, as well as spending time liaising with parents. The team should look upon you as a source of information and inspiration. We provide training before the season starts on all aspects of working in a ski resort, for example, taking the children to ski school and activities to suit the environment.

 The Person

We require NVQ Level 3, NNEB, BTEC, RGN, RSCN, or equivalent qualifications. You must also have proven childcare experience and be fully qualified to work with young babies. You must hold a valid First Aid Certificate and we will also conduct CRB checks as well as taking up at least two preferences employer references.
