Responsible for the running of the hotel bar serving drinks and snacks from 16.30-midnight. 

Weekly stock takes and ordering supplies. Responsible for the cleanliness of the bar, lounge and cellar areas subject to strict health and safety regulation standards. Daily reconciliation of cash and till receipts.  Plus completing bar accounts on excel spreadsheets accurately and on time. 

Responsible for compliance with all our legal responsibilities under our French bar licences.

Planning and organsiing any bar promotions to maximise revenue and asssiting with evening entertainment.

In addition, you will be required to help out on the general rota.

Minimum age 21 and French language speaker desireable.
