Responsible for the complete management of the Club Hotel.  This includes but is not limited to:  

*Managing your team  - appropriate  training, motivation, disciplinaries and general welfare.  *  Ensure good staff cohesion to provide first class customer service.   *Working to a budget, preparing and submitting a set of weekly accounts for all areas of the hotel - bar, kitchen, entertainments and ski packs.  *  Overseeing and co-ordinating transfer operations.  *Maintaining and developing good relations with new and exisitng local suppliers.  * To be responsible for all monies.    

This is a very hands on management role and is solely about the smooth running of the hotel environment to ensure our clients have the best holiday possible.  Appropriate previous experience essential.  French language speaker desirable.
