This challenging role involves all aspects of managing the hotel bar, cash and stock control, bar presentation and staff management. Participating in evening entertainments and regular Duty Manager shifts.

The successful applicant will be able to show a passion and a flare for the bar trade and must have a considerable amount of bar management experience. A strong commercial awareness is key to success in this role. Experience in a similar role in the travel industry would be advantageous.

This is a great opportunity to prove yourself by achieving budgets and GP in your bar. The bars are generally open from 4 pm so the role is perfect for someone that wants to get to a high standrad of skiing or boarding as you can spend all day on the mountains.
