As Hotel Head Chef in one of our Chalet Hotels, your responsibilities will include the smooth running of your kitchen, keeping withing set budgets, supervising and organising your team and ensuring that our high standards and procedures are maintained.You will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for 50-200 guests.

You will need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to lead the team.As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, snow clearing, assisting with luggage and lifting.Requirements:

Qualification or proven experience in the catering industry

Experience running large kitchensManagement experience essential

EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
