Teach kayaking on the beach in sun-kissed Spain!

Fancy spending your summer working on the golden sands of Palamos?

We’re looking for an inspirational Kayak Instructor to introduce our guests to the basics of kayaking at our stunning watersports-specialist holiday centre located on the Costa Brava in Spain.

PGL Travel Ltd is the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and study courses for young people. We’ve been introducing young people to exhilarating watersports for over 50 years and operate RYA recognised teaching establishments across the UK, France and Spain.

Our Kayak Instructors lead introductory sessions for visiting English-speaking school groups who will usually be trying their hand at kayaking for the first time. You’ll be responsible for inspiring them, teaching the basics and ensuring that all sessions take place safely – as well as making learning fun.

You'll need to hold a minimum of your UKCC Level 2 Kayak to be considered for this role.

Working as a PGL Kayak Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to live and work in a unique environment with access to on-going training opportunities. We offer a competitive wage, meals, accommodation, free uniform, transport to our overseas centre from a UK departure point, insurance and the opportunity to live and work in a supportive environment where the emphasis is on self development and fun.
