Our young guests spend their days climbing, canoeing and orienteering, building up a healthy appetite!

We're looking for both qualified and unqualified Chefs to provide our guests with nutritious meals that fuel them for their day of activities.

PGL is the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for young people. We have centres across the UK, France and Spain.

Meal times form an important aspect of our guest experience so we're looking for Chefs with previous experience of working in a large-scale canteen style kitchen to join our staff team.

Our Chef positions provide excellent development roles if you're looking for a career as a Head Chef, with training and qualification opportunities available.

If you enjoy participating in outdoor activities in your spare time, our centres also give you the opportunity to live in some of Europe's most challenging outdoor sports locations and also in areas of outstanding natural beauty. You may also have the opportunity to try some of the adventure activities on offer at the centre.

Working as a PGL Chef, you'll receive a competitive wage, transport from a UK departure point if working in France or Spain, free uniform, with accommodation available.
