Resort Chalet Managers play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our holidays remains consistent throughout. It is an unobtrusive role ensuring the resort properties and properties staff are delivering the Alpine Elements product to the meet company standards. Reporting to you will be all the resort Chalet staff from Chalet Hosts and Chefs to Maintenance staff.  You will work closely with the Head Rep to ensure the smooth running of the resort and that guest expectations are met and exceeded. You will also be in charge for the complete, accurate and timely delivery of all resort properties accounts

Successful applicants will possess excellent customer service skills, be very hard working, and be well presented. They will use their initiative to pre-empt issues, and remain calm in stressful situations, therefore management, and in particular organisational skills are a priority. Ski Season, resort & industry experience is essential. Finally conversational French is advantageous, and a clean driving licence is essential as you will be involved with deliveries and the transport of guests.
