They return because of our highly flexible service tailored to their needs, our consistently high standards of housekeeping & presentation, & our sumptuous food.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Ensure all guests experience the highest possible levels of service & standards 

* Tailor service to guests' demands & requirements

* Design & cook food to fine dining restaurant standards, tailored to guest needs & dietary requirements; to include breakfast, afternoon tea, children’s high tea and 5 course gourmet dinners

* Maintain 5 star standards of cleanliness & hygiene

* Confidently & knowledgeably host guests

Requirements:

- This position is for a couple (Chef & Host) - you are either a married couple, or have been together for a minimum of 2 years or are 2 good friends who have worked together before

- The chef role requires a recognised catering qualification - City & Guilds 7061/2, NVQ level 3 or equivalent & minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in fine dining restaurants. 

- The Host role requires front of house service experience in good quality restaurants or hospitality experience in good quality hotels (e.g waitress/reception in 4 or 5 star hotels). 

- Both people require a UK national insurance number & UK bank account

- Both people require a driving license
