Esprit Holidays is a well established and successful company with 28 year’s experience providing winter and summer family holidays. Both our Ski and summer programmes offer quality catered chalets and Chalet Hotels, in resorts across France, Austria, Switzerland and Italy, as well as our Santa’s Lapland programme in Finland.

 All ski and summer programmes offer our Esprit Classic Child Care. Our staff are hand picked for their friendly and outgoing personalities, as well as their experience to run our, nurseries, Snow Club and Alpies Club (children’s activity clubs) and resorts. This enables them to give our guests the best possible Child Care and chalet experience for families.

In return for your dedication and hard work you will have the opportunity to ski or board on a regular basis, to meet new friends and have the time of your life.

Our resort teams normally required to work the full season from mid November to late April, although there are opportunities immediately or starting in March. For our summer programme, Family Adventures, the season runs from late June to mid September.

Applicants must be in possession of an UK/EU passport, have UK residency, a UK bank account and a permanent UK National Insurance number.
